The Bluewater dinner menu is casual American featuring favorites such as baby back ribs, char-grilled steaks and fresh fish, oven roasted fish, slow roasted prime rib, and signature combination platters. The lunch menu features appetizers, great sandwich selections and luncheon entrees. The desserts are all homemade and delicious. The Caribbean Fudge Pie recipe was requested by Gourmet Magazine.
